Standard Order Processing

Standard orders are processed Monday-Friday within 48-72 hours. Orders received after 1 pm Pacific Time (PT) on Friday will be processed the following week.

Overnight shipping orders are processed same day (Monday-Friday) until 1 pm PT. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday before 1 pm PT will be delivered the following Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed after 1 pm PT on Friday will be shipped the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. 

For all orders over $300, we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept shipment. 

Shipping to PO Box are accepted.

Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed by La Bhanga.

Shipping Costs

Free standard ground shipping on all orders above $200.

Any orders received after 1 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. In-stock products will ship in approximately 48 hours. Out-of-stock products will ship when available, approximately 3 weeks. For order cancellations, we kindly ask that you consult our cancellation policy.

Express shipping options are available (3 business day, 2 business day and overnight). Express shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. Express shipping options are calculated using business days. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. Both of these options are calculated using business days. No weekend or Monday delivery.

A Note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.

Item Availability

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order , you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available (approximately 3 weeks). If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. All items are charged upon order placement. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, you will be informed how to do it in the email sent to you regarding Order Status.

In case of presales you will be charged once your order is placed in order to secure product availability Maximum Purchase Policy.

Cancelled Orders

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:

Item(s) not available.

Difficulty in processing payment information.

Cannot ship to address provided.

A duplicate order was placed.

Cancelled due to a customer request (only if product has not yet shipped, otherwise Return Policy will apply).

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Holiday Shipping

On national holidays our shipping partners may be closed or offer limited holiday service. In such cases, temporary holiday shipping policy terms will be displayed at the top of the Cart page before the Checkout process.

International Shipping

We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.

At La Bhanga, we take great pride in the quality of our products; attention to highest standards and effectiveness is our priority. We also carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

We will credit the card used in the original purchase within 14 business days, and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

The following requirements apply to all returns:

1 - We will only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from La Bhanga. We cannot accept returns for products purchased at other retail outlets.

2 - Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.

3 - We cannot accept returns on overly used products as defined by La Bhanga - Gift with Purchases must be returned along with the product purchased to receive full credit.

5 - Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6 - All returns must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed, along with a copy of your La Bhanga payment receipt (sent via email) showing proof of purchase.

Once the returned product has arrived at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note we can only accept back La Bhanga products that were directly purchased through, we cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.

Damaged Items

Please inspect the carton of your product upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It may be possible for the outer box of the merchandise to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Customer Service within five (5) business days of receipt at               Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Please provide your order number in your email and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. Instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Representative, and we will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.

Incorrect Orders

Please notify Customer Service at of any order inaccuracies within five (5) business days of receipt. We will request you to return the incorrect portion of the products to us and will proceed to reimburse you for the return shipping fee and waive the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Further instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Representative.
