For returns, please include your order number in the subject column. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase provided your receipt. Shipping is non-refundable.
For vendor inquiries please type "retailer" in the subject column. Please make sure to include the name of your retailer and a contact number to the buyer of your agency. Please note that our products are hand made and all orders are custom quantity produced. Please allow 2-3 weeks in production time for orders to be completed and shipped. (production time based on order amount).
